We want to help make your first experience at Discover Life Church a great one, so we have provided answers to some of the questions that might be on your mind.
Our Sunday gatherings are around 2 hours. We begin with worship that focuses on Jesus, followed by a relevant message that teaches spiritual truths about God while being practically applicable to your life. We end our gatherings a number of ways; usually through allowing people a time to respond to a challenge given in the message (we call this the 'altar call').
Parking is available in the front of our building (look for the GUEST PARKING spots) and there will always be a smiling face waiting to greet you at the front door.
As you're walking to the building, our Guest Experience team will meet you and show you where to find the auditorium, restrooms, and DLC Kids Check-In. If you need anything throughout the morning just ask anyone with a Discover Life lanyard or name tag. We’re a friendly family, and we’d love to serve you.
We're here to make your entire family's visit an easy one, especially for your kids! Let us know it's your first time, and we will walk you through the process!
DLC Kids is designed for children newborn to 5th grade. Each classroom is kid-friendly, age-appropriate, and staffed by trained team members who love Jesus and our kids. Be sure to check out our Kid's Page.
We dress pretty casually around here, but if you want to rock a bow tie, go for it! The people that call Discover Life home range from construction workers to execs to college students, and everything in between. With that comes every style in between too!
Very likely the pastor will be wearing blue jeans and a button down shirt (untucked, because he's cool like that).
